I was seen as a NHS patient today at the ENT outpatient dept at Townsland Hospital in Henley.It has been an incredibly positive experience from start to finish.A very clean and modern hospital, with a calm atmosphere and very pleasant helpful staff. Dr.Almeyda led a positive,calm and efficient consultation, where I felt at ease straight away. All imaging was explained thoroughly to me, the consultant was friendly,open, approachable and took time to explain and answer all my questions.I was able to explore all pros and cons and conclude the best way forward together.I felt entirely grateful for today's consultation with Dr.Almeyda.

I was referred to Dr Almeyda through another department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. Dr Almeyda was available, listened and, I believe, was thorough in his investigations, recommendations and care. Dr Almeyda explained what was has happening throughout through letters. Although we didn't get to the cause of my referral, I was relieved to know if my symptoms become unmanageable I can contact Dr Almeyda and his team. Thank you very much for all you do

I recently saw Mr Almeyda and at the end of the consultation both my wife and I couldn't be more pleased as to how we would proceed going forward. The ailment was explained fully as was the forthcoming treatment. All the options were presented with both pro's and con's explained. So, thanks and I am optimistic on the outcome.
